Chelsea by winning the tittle Champion they have catch chases two hares at once. They won "UEFA Championship" also even though they are league 6th they are participating the UEFA Championship next season since they have to protect their tittle. As a result the 4th Tottenham cannot participate UEFA Championship they are participating Europa league.
