Tottenham Hotspur manager, Harry Redknapp, believes his team has a chance to win the Premier League. Redknapp belief is getting support from Jermain Defoe.
Spurs performance in the domestic league is currently okay. The Lilywhites took full points in nine of their last ten games did.
On board the standings, a position Spurs also continued to rise. Currently, they are entrenched in third place standings with 28 points, seven points adrift of Manchester City, who perched on the top.
With the good performance of his team, Redknapp had stated that the Spurs can win the Premier League title at the end of the season. Condition, Defoe et al. should be able to maintain their neat appearance.
"The title is a possibility. It's not impossible," said Redknapp.
"It's not impossible for anyone. Just so you keep winning and confident with yourself, then you will do it," he said.
Defoe seems to agree with the manager. He also believes Spurs can compete with other clubs in the race for the title.
"Managers think we can win the Premier League and I do not see why it is not possible," cried Defoe told talkSPORT.
"This amazing squad. We have two great team that can compete in the Premier League. If we play like we can afford, when we pass quickly and break the force, must be very fun to watch," he added.
"We have to win and mental belief that it will not matter who our opponent, we can win. All those enthusiastic during training and AAK sure our children can do well," added the former Portsmouth player is.
"We will face every game, keep winning and see where we were when the season ended." the lid.
