Premiership - this weekends games

Some interesting games this weekend. Sunderland home to Derby is a six-pointer down the bottom while Wigan face a tough home game against Sven's Manchester City. I think Sunderland will be too strong for Derby while Wigan should get a point against City - they less creative without the injured Elano.

Chelsea will surely have too much for West Ham at Stamford Bridge as you would think will Blackburn against Newcastle to pile on the misery for Big Sam. Liverpool should also be too strong for Bolton though don't be surprised if they make Rafa's goatee twitch more than he would like. They were excellent against Manchester United in winning 1-0. Likewise I predict Man Utd to see off an organised but limited Fulham.

Arsenals storming start could well be at least slowed by Aston Villa. I think this will end in a draw.

For the neutrals Portsmouth vs Everton looks a great game. Two well matched teams who are both full of confidence. My gut feel is that Everton will surprise a few people and win this one. Portsmouth haven't had the best of preparation with old 'Arry being carted off by the plod.

Reading vs the Boro - I think Stevie Coppell's team will have too much for Boro. Boro were woeful last week and I really think they are heading for big trouble down the bottom.
